El Centro Español de Metrología (CEM) ha colaborado activamente en la gestión del proyecto europeo EMPIR 14IND14 (2015-2018): “Torque measurement in the MN·m range”. El objetivo de este proyecto era desarrollar nuevos sistemas de medición del par para su empleo en bancos de ensayos de nacelles.
Esta comunicación relata, desde el punto de vista de la autora como colaboradora, la experiencia del CEM en las labores de dirección, coordinación y gestión de uno de los principales paquetes de trabajo del citado proyecto. El objetivo principal era el desarrollo de un nuevo patrón de transferencia del par y constituía una de los dos principales líneas de actuación del proyecto.
Entre los colaboradores se contó con varias organizaciones (entidades públicas, institutos de investigación y universidades) de gran prestigio internacional, procedentes de Alemania, Finlandia y España. Supervisar las labores de diseño y las propuestas de ingeniería promovidas por los distintos colaboradores supuso un gran desafío dado el carácter técnico de los desarrollos.
Gracias al plan de trabajo y a la supervisión del CEM se completaron satisfactoriamente todos los objetivos, produciendo al término del proyecto 4 prototipos diferentes del nuevo sistema de medición, diferentes enfoques, pero intercomparables entre sí.
English summary:
The Spanish Center of Metrology (CEM) has actively collaborated in the management of the European project EMPIR 14IND14 (2015-2018): "Torque measurement in the MN-m range". The aim of this project was to develop new torque measurement systems for its use in nacelle test benches. This communication relates, from the point of view of the author as collaborator, the experience of CEM in the direction, coordination and management of one of the main work packages of the mentioned project. The main objective was the development of a new torque transfer pattern and was one of the two key lines of action of the project. Collaborators participating in the project included several organizations (public entities, research institutes and universities) of great international prestige, coming from Germany, Finland and Spain. Supervising the design work and the engineering proposals promoted by the different collaborators was a great challenge given the technical nature of the developments. Thanks to the work plan and the supervision of CEM, all the objectives were satisfactorily completed, producing at the end of the project 4 different prototypes of the new measurement system, with different approaches, but intercomparable with each other.
